EULA - End User License Agreement

Terms used in this agreement:
- "SOFTWARE" refers to the software ABIX.
- "LICENSE" refers to the right to use the software ABIX.

1. COPYRIGHT This SOFTWARE is protected by the law of copyright and by international conventions. Any reproduction of or modification to this SOFTWARE in whole or in part by any means is strictly forbidden. Anyone in violation is guilty of counterfeiting and is liable to prosecution under the law. You accept that the title, rights of property, and intellectual property rights to this SOFTWARE remain WHOLELY and EXCLUSIVELY the property of LOGINOR. No right of property to this SOFTWARE is conferred by this license. This license gives you only the right to use this SOFTWARE within the limitations of this AGREEMENT. Failure to acknowledge these limitations forfeits your right to use this SOFTWARE.

2. EVALUATION VERSION This is not free SOFTWARE. According to the clauses of this AGREEMENT, you have the right to evaluate this SOFTWARE for a period of 30 days. At the end of this evaluation period, you must register this SOFTWARE with LOGINOR if you want to continue using it or delete it from your computer. Any use of this SOFTWARE after the evaluation period without registering it constitutes a violation of the law of copyright. To register this SOFTWARE, click on the "Register ABIX" button on the Welcome screen. Prices vary according to the quantity of licenses purchased.

3. REGISTERED VERSION Registration of the SOFTWARE with LOGINOR allows you to have an OFFICIAL LICENSE number that will unlock the SOFTWARE for your use. The registered version of the SOFTWARE is NOT an evaluation version and MAY NOT be copied and distributed to persons other than those intended by the official license provided by LOGINOR. In the case of an individual license (1 user), the registered version of the SOFTWARE may be used only by the person holding the license. It is strictly forbidden to copy the registered version of the SOFTWARE for distribution to anyone by any means. The only copies authorized are those for purposes of backup only. The SOFTWARE may be installed on more than one computer (for example at home and at the office), but it is the responsibility of the user holding the license to insure that no other person can use the SOFTWARE. In the case of a network license (more than 1 user), you may copy and distribute the registered version of the SOFTWARE to all users intended by this license, taking care NOT to exceed the number of users allowed. FAILURE TO OBSERVE THESE CONDITIONS MAY LEAD TO CANCELLATION OF YOUR LICENSE BY LOGINOR, THUS PREVENTING YOU FROM INSTALLING FUTURE VERSIONS OF THE SOFTWARE.

4. DISTRIBUTION OF THE ORIGINAL EVALUATION VERSION With the condition of certainty you are distributing the unmodified ORIGINAL EVALUATION VERSION of this SOFTWARE, you have the right, at no cost... - to make as many copies of the ORIGINAL EVALUATION VERSION as you want. - to distribute copies of the ORIGINAL EVALUATION VERSION to any person of your choice by any means including electronically via the Internet. It is specifically forbidden to charge or to barter for these copies or to distribute these copies with other products (commercial or otherwise) without the expressed written consent of LOGINOR.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY THIS SOFTWARE AS WELL AS ITS ASSOCIATED FILES ARE DISTRIBUTED AND SOLD "SUCH AS", WITHOUT GUARANTEE, EXPLICIT OR IMPLICIT, ABOUT THE LEVEL OF PERFORMANCES OR THE LEVEL OF FUNCTIONALITIES OR THE POSSIBILITY TO MEET SOME SPECIFIC NEEDS. IN NO CASE LOGINOR OR ITS AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, ACCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL INJURIES OF SOME NATURE THAT IS INCLUDING THIS, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, THE LOSS OF INCOME, THE STOP OF WORK, THE MATERIAL BREAKING OR THE COMPUTER BAD FUNCTIONING, AND ALL THE OTHER DAMAGES AND LOSSES POSSIBLE, CAUSED BY THE DELIVERY AND THE UTILIZATION OF THIS SOFTWARE, AND THIS EVEN IF LOGINOR HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO TIME THE RESPONSIBILITY OF LOGINOR WILL EXCEED THE AMOUNT THAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE.
